- Payment Method: We accept bank transfer, cash, and mobile payment (as applicable). All payments must be verified before dispatch.
- Installation & Training: Basic machine installation and training support will be provided as per prior agreement.
- Warranty Policy: Warranty applies to selected machines and parts. Warranty period and coverage will be mentioned clearly in the invoice.
- Returns & Replacements: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items received within the specified time. No return for change of mind.
- After-Sales Support: We offer support and servicing for all machines purchased from us. Charges may apply after the warranty period.
- Legal Compliance: All business transactions are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
- Changes to Terms: New SM Sewing Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
